About us

A Bay Area electrical company built on training and care

Sivar Electric Inc. focuses on residential electrical work for homeowners across the San Francisco Bay Area, California — the kind of work where getting the details right matters long after the job is finished.

Our approach

Residential electrical work, done deliberately

Homes in the Bay Area carry a lot of electrical history. Circuits get extended, fixtures get swapped, panels fill up, and new demands — home offices, induction ranges, heat pumps, electric vehicles — get added to systems that were designed for a different era. Good electrical work starts by reading that history accurately.

That is why every Sivar Electric Inc. job begins with assessment rather than assumption. We look at what is actually installed, test where testing is warranted, and give you a straight account of the condition of your system before recommending anything. It is a slower first hour and a much better outcome.

The work itself is judged the same way an inspector or the next electrician would judge it: routing, support, terminations, grounding, labeling. If you open a panel we installed, it should be immediately clear what is going on.

What guides the work

Four things we do not compromise on

Technical training

Journeyman-level electrical training plus focused programs in EV infrastructure, motor controls, transformers, and battery maintenance. Electrical codes and equipment change; keeping current is part of the job.

Safety as method

Safety is not a slogan on a truck. It is de-energizing before working, testing to verify, using the right protective equipment, and refusing shortcuts that leave a hazard behind a wall.

Careful workmanship

Conductors routed and supported properly. Terminations torqued and secure. Panels labeled so the next person — including you — can understand the system.

Clear communication

You should understand what was found, what the options are, and what each one involves before any work is approved. No jargon used as a substitute for an explanation.
